摘  要:泛素特异性蛋白酶(USP)25作为USP家族成员,在各种疾病发生发展过程中发挥关键作用,包括代谢调节、免疫应答以及炎症反应等。近年人们对USP25结构和功能的研究越来越清晰,发现USP25能通过与信号分子相互作用调控多种细胞内外信号通路,USP25过度激活将导致细胞的异常增殖,并使其侵袭迁移能力增加,从而促进肿瘤的形成、发展。USP25在多种肿瘤细胞中均异常高表达,其在癌症中的作用机制也逐渐被揭示。USP25有望成为肿瘤治疗的一个潜在靶标,并具有重要的临床价值和广阔的应用前景。As a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease(USP)family,USP25 plays a key role in the occurrence and development of various diseases,including metabolic regulation,immune response and inflammatory response.In recent years,the research on the structure and function of USP25 has become more and more clear.It is discovered that USP25 can regulate a variety of intracellular and extracellular signal pathways by interacting with signal molecules.Over-activation of USP25 will lead to abnormal cell proliferation and increase its ability of invasion and migration,thus promoting the formation and development of tumors.USP25 is abnormally highly expressed in various tumor cells,and its mechanism of action in cancer is being gradually revealed USP25 is expected to become a potential target for tumor therapy,and has important clinical value and broad application prospects.
