摘 要:宫腔粘连(IUA)是妇科较常见、对生育功能危害严重且治疗效果较差的宫腔疾病,其确切的发病机制目前尚不清楚。近年来,高通量测序技术为研究女性生殖道微生物群与IUA的关系提供了新思路。采用高通量测序技术比对IUA患者与健康人样本确定IUA特定的微生物群组成、分析微生物群影响宫腔内环境以及IUA潜在的病理生理机制,有助于开发新的IUA预防和治疗策略,从而为深入研究女性生殖道微生物群与IUA的关系以及疾病的治疗提供帮助。Intrauterine adhesions(IUA)is a common disease in gynecology,which is harmful to reproductive function and has poor therapeutic effect.Its exact pathogenesis is unclear.In recent years,the development of high-throughput sequencing has provided a new idea for the relationship between the female genital tract microbiota and IUA.By comparing the samples of patients with IUA and healthy people with high-throughput sequencing technology,we can determine the specific microbiota composition of IUA,analyze the impact of microbiota on the intrauterine environment and the potential pathophysiological mechanism of IUA,and develop new strategies for prevention and treatment of IUA,thus providing help for in-depth research on the relationship between female reproductive tract microbiota and IUA,as well as the treatment of the disease.
