摘 要:当代社会对培养高等医学教育新型复合型人才提出了进一步的要求,同时也推动了高校医学教育改革。其中,对于理论知识庞杂和内容抽象的“内分泌系统”,整合医学模式的应用与推广可以将有内在联系的知识融为一体,从而进一步提高教学效果。同时,在整合课程实施过程中伴随而来的课程考核评价体系的改革也备受关注。目前,教育体系中虽然存在着多种不同的考核评价模式,但这些考核评价方式在一定程度上都存在着局限性,不能全面反映教学效果,不能满足当代医学教育对医学应用型兼创新型人才的需求。形成性评价作为一种新的评价模式,可以全方位地评估教学效果。因此,为了遵循过程性、动态性、多元化的原则,转变教学思路,需将形成性考核评价应用于“内分泌系统”整合课程的考核中,探索一套科学、行之有效的整合课程考核体系,从而培养学生的自主学习能力、实践能力、创新能力,全方位评价学生学习的全过程,全面提升教学质量。content,the application and promotion of integrated medicine model will integrate the internal related knowledge,so as to further improve the teaching effects.Besides,the reform of assessment system in integrate course has also attracted much attention.Currently,although there are many different evaluation methods in the education system,these modes exist several limitations.And these assessment modes cannot fully reflect the teaching effects,and cannot meet the needs of modern medical education to cultivate application-oriented and innovative talents.As a new evaluation model,formative evaluation can comprehensively evaluate the teaching effect.Thus,following the principle of procedure,dynamic and pluralism,it is necessary to explored the new method of teaching and introduced the formative assessment into the evaluation of the integrated course of endocrine system.The current study is proposed to explore a package of scientific and systematic assessment system of curriculum integration based on formative evaluation,so as to cultivate the ability of self-directed learning and innovation of the students,as well as enhance teaching quality comprehensively.
