摘  要:目的探究双导-合作式情景模拟教学法在临床医学专业妇产科实习生教学中的应用。方法选取2020年10月—2022年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院参与妇产科教学的98名实习生,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49名,对照组给予常规教学法,观察组给予双导-合作式情景模拟教学法,两组均连续进行1个月教学,对比两组教学效果。结果观察组实习生基础理论知识及临床操作技能评分均高于对照组,观察组对教学方法的评价结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),带教老师对观察组实习生课堂表现的评价结果优于对照组,观察组实习生批判性思维能力指标得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双导-合作式情景模拟教学法应用于妇产科实习生教学中可明显提高实习生教学成绩,有利于培养实习生批判性思维能力,实习生课堂表现较好。Objective To explore the application of double-guided-cooperative situational simulation teaching method in the graduation practice of clinical medicine major in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Using random number table method,a total of 98 graduate interns who participated in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from October 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups,49 students in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching method,and the observation group was given the double-guided-cooperative situational simulation teaching method,and both groups were taught for 1 month,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the students in the observation group had significantly higher theoretical and skill scores,and the medical students'evaluation of the teaching method was better,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation results of the teaching teacher on the classroom performance of the observation group interns were better than those of the control group,and the scores of the critical thinking ability indicators of the observation group interns were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the double-guided-cooperative situational simulation teaching method in the graduate interns receiving the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can significantly improve the students'teaching performance,promote the students'critical thinking ability,and the medical students'classroom performance is better.
