摘 要:目的探讨多元化教学模式应用于妇产科教学中的有效性。方法2020年3月—2023年3月选取来自中国人民解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院妇产科的56名临床带教的学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组28名。观察组采用多元化教学模式,对照组采用常规教学模式。对比分析两组教学效果、课堂创造氛围评分和教学满意度情况。结果观察组学习结束后妇产科基础理论知识、病历书写、临床思维能力、基本操作评分和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组课堂创造氛围总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式可有效提高教学效果,提升课堂创造氛围和教学满意度,应用于妇产科教学的价值较高。Objective To explore the effectiveness of diversified teaching model in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.Methods From March 2020 to March 2023,a tatal of 56 clinical teaching students from the department of gynecology and obstetrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 28 students in each group.The observation group was given a diversified teaching mode,while the control group was given a conventional teaching mode.The teaching effect,classroom creation atmosphere rating and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After completing the study,the observation group's basic theoretical knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology,medical record writing,clinical thinking ability,basic operation scores,and total scores were all higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total score of classroom atmosphere creation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching model can effectively improve the teaching effect,improve the classroom atmosphere and teaching satisfaction.It has a high value in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
