摘 要:口腔诊室是感染风险较高的医疗环境,高速涡轮手机、气枪等器械的应用,在口腔诊疗时不可避免地产生生物气溶胶污染,医护人员和患者面临各种途径的暴露风险。收集近五年国内外口腔诊室内气溶胶的具体检测技术、防护感染的具体措施等方面研究的最新进展,为提出精准适度的口腔诊室传染病常态防控策略提供重要参考。The dental office is a medical environment with a high risk of infection.The application of high-speed turbine handpieces,air guns and other instruments inevitably generates bioaerosol contamination during oral consultations,and health care workers and patients are exposed to various routes of exposure.The paper collects the latest advances in specific detection techniques and specific measures to protect against infection in aerosols in the dental office in the past five years at home and abroad,and provides an important reference for proposing a precise and appropriate strategy to prevent and control infectious diseases in the dental office on a regular basis.
