摘 要:高水平的职业教育必须依靠高质量的职业教育师资。针对我国职业教育起步较晚,本科职业教育师资培养难度更大,通过研究本科职业教育师资培养现状,发现我国本科职业教育师资培养方面存在着制度体系不健全、数量比例失调、评价标准不统一等问题。本科职业教育师资要在培养体系构建路径上借鉴德国的“双元制”,通过“校内理论知识的学习”和“校外企业经验的积累”来解决上述问题。High level vocational education must rely on high-quality vocational education teachers.However,vocational education in China started late,especially the training of undergraduate vocational education teachers is more difficult.By studying the current situation of teacher training in undergraduate vocational education,this researchfinds that there are some problems in the teacher training of undergraduate vocational education in China,such as the imperfect system,the imbalance of quantity and proportion,and the disunity of evaluation standards.The training system of undergraduate vocational education teachers can take reference from the German“dual system”,and the above-mentioned problems can be solved through the“learning of theoretical knowledge in school”and the“accumulation of experience in enterprises outside school”.
