盲人按摩师社会适应能力的调查研究

摘　　要：社会适应能力是盲人按摩师获得良好职业发展的关键。采用《社会适应简式问卷》对73名盲人按摩师进行的问卷调查显示,盲人按摩师积极适应状况良好,但仍存在着部分的消极适应,以自我烦扰、社会疏离、消极退缩最为严重。在人口学变量差异方面,盲人按摩师积极适应和消极适应在性别、是否取得盲人医疗按摩资格证书、工作年限上均存在显著差异。性别和工作年限对盲人按摩师社会适应能力的交互作用不显著。Social adaptability is the key to achieve good career development for blind massagist.A questionnaire survey of 73 blind massagist by using the Social Adaptation Simplified Questionnaire shows that the positive adaptation of blind masseurs is good,but there are still some negative adaptations,with self-disturbance,social alienation and negative withdrawal being the most serious.In terms of demographic variables,the positive and negative adaptations of blind massagist are significantly different across gender,whether they have obtained massage qualification certificates,and their working years.There is no significant interaction between gender and working years on social adaptability of blind masseurs.
