摘　　要：基于对《黄帝内经》和当前《黄帝内经》“和于术数”观研究成果的学习研究认为,“和于术数”观从狭义角度讲就是选择符合人体生命规律的保健方法;从广义角度讲就是人体遵循天地自然客观规律以求高质量生存发展的理念,是中医学天地人一体特性的突出表现。Based on the current study of the research results of the concept of"Heyu Shushu(和于术数)"in Huangdi Neijing and the studies on Huangdi Neijing,we believe that"Heyu Shushu"refers to human choosing the methods of health care,which conform to the laws of life,in a narrow sense;broadly speaking,we human follow the objective laws of heaven,earth and the nature,in order to seek the philosophy of high quality survival and development,the outstanding performance of the integration of heaven,earth and mankind in TCM.
