摘 要:美国在线学位项目经过三十多年的发展,在维持和巩固高等教育的公共性方面发挥着独特的作用,因而被誉为高等教育的“机会均衡器”。在线学位项目的机会均衡作用具体表现为教育对象的开放性、教育过程的个别化、教育结果的统一性。但是由于在线学位项目在实质上还存在对象不均衡、质量不均衡、公共价值精神不均衡、观念不均衡等因素,其均衡作用未能完全实现。为促使“机会均衡器”从形式均衡向实质均衡发展,一些在线学位项目纷纷提高线上课程质量,强化教师的影响作用,重视公共价值精神培养。美国在线学位项目的经验和教训为我国网络本科学历教育试点以及高层次学位项目的试行提供了启示。After more than 30 years of development,the online degree program in the United States plays a unique role in maintaining and consolidating the publicity of higher education,and is therefore known as the"opportunity equalizer"of higher education.The balance of opportunities of online degree programs is embodied in the openness of educational objects,the individualization of educational processes,and the unity of educational results.However,due to the fact that the online degree program still has the unbalanced object,the unbalanced quality,the unbalanced public value and spirit,and the unbalanced concept,its balanced function has not been fully realized.In order to promote the development of"opportunity equalizer"from the form balance to the substance balance,some online degree teaching projects have improved the quality of online courses,strengthened the influence of teachers,and paid attention to the cultivation of public value spirit.The experience and lessons of American online degree programs can provide references for the pilot of online undergraduate education and the trial of high-level degree programs in China.
