摘　　要：公路货运是欧洲大陆贸易和商业的支柱。卡车是绝大多数货物和货运的最灵活、最快速和最经济的运输方式,承担了欧盟所有陆路运输货物的77%,而且许多重要的公共服务是由重型车提供的,如垃圾收集、消防服务和建筑服务等。Iln February 2023,the European Commission issued a revised proposal for CO_(2) emissions regulations for heavy-duty vehicles,which not only set stricter regulatory limits,but also expanded the regulatory scope to medium-sized trucks,city buses,long-distance buses,and trailers.This article provides an interpretation of the regulations and policies.
