摘  要:本文针对MT公司注塑车间换模时间长、换模效率低,采用精益六西格玛管理DMAIC方法对其进行改进。通过定义、测量、分析、改善和控制五个阶段,成功将换模时间从39分钟缩短至25分钟,换模效率提高了35.8%,显著提升了车间生产效率。研究结果验证了精益六西格玛管理在多品种、小批量的玩具制造行业的可适用性,为其他类似行业提供了有益的借鉴经验。In this study,the DMAIC process of Lean Six Sigma management was used to improve long mold change time and low efficiency in the injection molding shop of MT Company.By defining,measuring,analyzing,improving,and controlling,the mold changeover time was reduced by 35.8%,from 39 minutes to 25 minutes.This improvement significantly increased shop floor productivity.The results of the study validate the applicability of Lean Six Sigma management in the toy manufacturing industry,which is characterized by multiple varieties and small batch sizes,and provide useful lessons for other similar industries.
