摘　　要：随着“双高计划”的启动,建设一支专业有权威、行业有影响、专兼结合、技艺精湛的高水平师资队伍是“双高”职业院校的主要任务。通过对“双高计划”建设单位之一——X学院师资队伍建设存在的主要问题进行深入分析,并提出相关问题的解决对策,为同类院校提供借鉴。With the launch of the"Double High Plan",the main task of"Double High"in higher vocational colleges is to build a high-level teaching team with authoritative majors,industry influence,a combination of full-time and part-time teaching,as well as exquisite skills.Through in-depth analysis of the main problems in the construction of the teaching team of X College,the constructor of the"Double High Plan",and proposing solutions to related problems,this provides reference for similar colleges.
