摘　　要：构建基于OBE理念的护理本科生毕业论文(设计)全程化递进式管理模式,实施并探讨其对护理本科生科研能力、自主学习能力、毕业论文答辩成绩的影响。研究显示,构建基于OBE理念的护理本科生毕业论文(设计)全程化递进式管理模式能够有效提高护理本科生的科研能力和自主学习能力。Construct whole process progressive management model for nursing undergraduates'graduation thesis(design)based on the OBE concept,implement and explore its impact on nursing undergraduates'research ability,self-taught ability,and graduation thesis defense scores.Research has shown that constructing a whole process progressive management model for nursing undergraduates'graduation thesis(design)based on the OBE concept can effectively improve the scientific research ability and nursing undergraduates'self-taught ability.
