摘 要:对2021年在我院考点参加住培结业技能考核学员医患沟通部分的得分情况进行分析,发现不同基地医患沟通培养水平存在差异,省属高校附属医院的培养效果更好。进行医患沟通时,住培医师存在病情交代缺乏完整性和人文关怀不足等共性问题。各培训基地应以提高医患沟通能力为导向、提高医师岗位胜任力为目标,强化师资建设,优化考核体系,培养同质化住培医师。Analysis on the scores of doctor-patient communication among trainees who participated in the resident training completion skill test at our hospital's examination center in 2021.It was found that there were differences in the level of doctor-patient communication training among different bases,and the training effect of hospitals affiliated to provincial universities was better.Resident training physicians have common issues including lack of completeness in explaining their medical conditions and insufficient humanistic care when doctors communicate with patients.Each training base should aim to improve the communication ability between doctors and patients,enhance the competency of doctors,strengthen the construction of teachers,optimize the test system,and cultivate homogeneous resident training physicians.
