高校物流类专业的学科竞赛与创新性人才培养——以南京邮电大学现代邮政学院为例

摘　　要：智能化时代下物流技术的快速更迭,对我国物流类专业人才的创新性培养提出了更高的要求。文中以高校学科竞赛为切入点,阐述了物流类学科竞赛对培养创新性人才的积极作用,总结了当下高校在物流类专业人才培养过程中所存在的一些共性问题。文中以南京邮电大学现代邮政学院为例,基于学院团队教学、竞赛、项目研发过程中所积累的经验,从平台建设、竞赛培养体系、奖励机制、赛事宣传四个方面给出了物流类专业学科竞赛与创新性人才培养相应的改进建议。The rapid development of logistics technology in the intelligent era puts forward higher requirements for the innovative training of logistics professionals in our country.This paper takes the discipline competition in colleges and universities as the breakthrough point,expounds the positive effect of logistics discipline competition in cultivating innovative talents,and summarizes the common problems existing in this cultivation process of colleges and universities for logistics professionals training.It takes the School of Modern Posts of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example,based on the accumulated experience gained during the process of team teaching,competition and project development,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the logistics discipline professional discipline competitions and innovative talent training,including the following aspects:platform construction,competition training system,reward mechanism and event promotion.
