摘 要:数字经济时代,数字化转型成为传统企业拥抱技术趋势、应对外部环境变化的关键。现有文献虽然对数字化转型的复杂前因进行了探索性分析,但是对于认知因素如何作用于企业数字化转型尚不明晰。鉴于此,基于注意力基础观和动态能力视角,文章研究了组织意义建构对企业数字化转型的作用机制,通过对411家企业管理者的实证研究发现:(1)组织意义建构能够促进企业的数字化转型;(2)系统能力、协调能力、感知能力均对组织意义建构与数字化转型关系起到部分中介作用;(3)组织结构惯性会弱化意义建构对系统能力的促进作用,且进一步调节系统能力的中介作用;组织认知惯性会弱化组织意义建构对协调能力的促进作用,且进一步调节协调能力的中介作用;而组织认知惯性对组织意义建构与感知能力关系的调节效应不显著。以上机制的揭示能够更好地从认知层面认识企业数字化转型过程中所遭遇的困境并寻求化解困境的有效路径。In the era of digital economy,digital transformation has become the key of embracing the technological trend and coping with changing external environment of enterprises.Enterprises need to make profound changes from traditional industrial thinking to digital thinking at the cognitive level.However,in the actual development process of profit driven enterprises,the lack of digital awareness of individual organizations has made it difficult to form a consensus on transformation.As an important concept of cognitive perspective,organizational sensemaking is an important part that cannot be ignored,which is conducive to guiding organizations to form a unified understanding and take collective action.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply discuss the influence mechanism of sensemakingon enterprise digital transformation.Drawing on attention-based view and the perspective of dynamic capability,this study takes 411 enterprise managers as samples,and uses multiple hierarchical regression and Bootstrap methods to empirically verify the direct effect of organizational sensemaking on enterprise digital transformation,as well as the mediating effect of organizational capabilities(system capability,coordination capability,sense capability)and the moderating effect of organizational inertia(organizational structure inertia,organizational cognitive inertia).The conclusions areas follows:First,organizational sensemaking has a significant positive impact on enterprise digital transformation.Second,system capability,coordination capability and sense capability all play a mediating role between organizational sensemaking and enterprise digital transformation.Third,organizational structure inertia weakensthepositive relationship between sensemaking and system capability,and further moderate the mediating effect of system capability;organizational cognitive inertia weakensthepositive relationship between sensemaking and coordination capability,and further moderate the mediating effect of coordination capability;the moderating effect of o
