摘　　要：高等职业院校肩负着向社会输出高素质技术技能人才和培育能工巧匠、大国工匠的职责。有力推动学校人才教育供给侧与产业需求侧全方位紧密衔接,应坚持以产业发展需求为导向,加强人才队伍建设,提升自主创新能力。“校企协同应用技术创新引领”竹浆造纸清洁生产方向培养创新型技术技能人才是长期的教学改革探索与实践成果,也是竹产业高质量发展和竹浆造纸产业可持续发展的关键所在。Higher vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of exporting high-quality technical talents to the society and cultivating skilled craftsmen and artisans of great nations.The supply-side and industry-demand-side of talent education should be closely linked.It should be taken the development of industry as the guide,strengthen the construction of talent team and improve the ability of independent innovation.It is a long-term exploration and practice of teaching reform to train innovative technical and skilled talents in the direction of cleaner production of bamboo pulp and paper making,it is the key to the high-quality development of bamboo industry and the sustainable development of bamboo pulp and paper making industry.
