摘 要:党的二十大报告提出全面推进乡村振兴,并且明确指出人才是第一资源。人才的培养是影响乡村振兴进程的重要因素,信息技术在农业农村的应用是促进乡村振兴的关键途径。将乡村振兴发展所涉及的政府、学校、信息化人才三个相关利益主体纳入博弈系统,得出不同策略下相关利益者的损益,以期从职业教育角度为推动乡村振兴发展提供有益参考。In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it is proposed to promote rural revitalization in an all-round way and make it clear that talents are the first resource.The cultivation of talents is an important factor affecting the process of rural revitalization,and the application of information technology in agricultural and rural areas is the key way to promote rural revitalization.The three relevant stakeholders of the government,schools and information talents involved in the development of rural revitalization are brought into the game system,and the profit and loss of the relevant stakeholders under different strategies are obtained,in order to provide a useful reference for promoting the development of rural revitalization from the perspective of vocational education.
