摘 要:新文科建设对传统的公共管理类专业人才培养提出了新的挑战。作为集中反映学生创新能力形成的重要环节,公共管理类专业毕业论文教学在实践中仍然存在校政学互动性差、实践设置纵向衔接性差、学科横向融合性差、过程结果协同性差等“碎片化”问题。基于布鲁姆认知理论和新文科建设理念,毕业论文的写作实质上是学生核心素养逐渐形成和提高的动态过程,存在递进规律;在此基础上,结合毕业论文教学实践,构建多元驱动、分层递进、工管融合、过程考核的“四环递进”毕业论文质量提升模式,并从“一中心、三融合”多元驱动平台、渐进式能力训练体系、多学科交叉融合和基于过程的考核体系四个方面对实施途径进行探讨。The construction of new liberal arts poses new challenges to the traditional undergraduate programs of public administration.In these programs,graduation thesis writing has many problems to solve such as poor interaction between school,government and learning,poor connection in the hierarchical settings of practice,poor interdisciplinary integration,and poor process-result collaboration.Based on Bloom s cognitive theory and the concept of new liberal arts construction,graduation thesis writing is essentially a dynamic process of the gradual formation and improvement of students core competency,and there is a progressive law in it.A compound and progressive model is constructed to promote the thesis quality,which is constituted of the four links of multiple drive,hierarchical progress,interdisciplinary integration and formative assessment.Correspondingly,it can be implemented by building up a multiple drive platform,establishing a progressive system of ability training,integrating different disciplines and setting up a process-based assessment system.
