摘　　要：微生物学实验课程是生物学相关专业人才培养的重要实践教学环节。为激发学生学习的主动性、提高学生对基础微生物学实验的兴趣,同时加深学生对微生物学基本技能的认识,并将微生物学基本技能应用于科学研究与生产实践中,课程组建立了微生物学实验多元化教学模式。教学实践表明经过多层次、全方位的学习与实际操作,学生主动学习能力有较大进步,微生物学实验课程的教学质量显著提升,该教学模式受到教师和学生的高度认同。Microbiology experiment is an important practical teaching link in the cultivation of biology related professionals.In order to stimulate students’learning initiative,improve students’interest in basic microbiology experiments,deepen students’understanding of basic microbiology skills,and apply the basic skills of microbiology to scientific research and production practice,the curriculum group established a diversified teaching mode of microbiology experiment.The teaching practice shows that after multi-level and all-round study and practical operation,the students’active learning ability has made great progress,and the teaching quality of microbiology experiment course has been greatly improved,the teaching mode is highly accepted by teachers and students.
