麻醉科带教中运用小组教学模式的价值分析

摘  要:目的分析麻醉科带教中小组教学模式的实施价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年2月常德市妇幼保健院40名麻醉科带教学生,使用随机数表分为研究组和对照组,各20名。对照组采用传统带教措施,研究组采用小组教学模式。对比两组带教效果。结果研究组考试结果评分、教学效果评分及对教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不规范操作情况发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小组教学模式实施后,学生的学习成绩显著提升,教学效果好,可以有效降低不规范操作的发生,最大限度地满足其教学需求。Objective To analysis of the implementation value of group teaching mode in anesthesiology teaching.Methods 40 anesthesia department teaching students from Changde Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected,and used a random number table to divide them into a research group and a control group,with 20 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the research group adopted group teaching mode.Compared the teaching effects of two groups.Results The scores of exam results,teaching effectiveness,and satisfaction with teaching in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of non-standard operations in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of group teaching mode,students'academic performance has significantly improved,the teaching effect is good,and the occurrence of non-standard operations can be effectively reduced,meeting their teaching needs to the maximum extent.
