多样化培训模式在消化内科实习生临床带教中的应用效果分析

摘  要:目的对消化内科实习医生进行临床实习带教中应用多样化培训模式,并对其应用效果进行分析。方法选取2020年7月—2022年3月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院消化内科实习的108的名实习医生作为研究对象,2020年7月—2021年5月54名消化内科实习医生作为对照组,采取常规带教方法;2021年6月—2022年3月54名消化内科实习医生作为观察组,采用多样化带教方法。比较两组实习医生的理论成绩、操作成绩、病例分析、综合成绩及实习医生对带教老师的满意度。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩、病例分析及综合成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习医生对教学的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化内科实习医生进行临床实习带教中应用多样化教学法,此教学方法提高了实习生的积极性和自信心,锻炼了实习生的临床思维能力,将专业理念深入到实习医生的心里,提高了实习医生的多方面能力。Objective To apply the diversified training mode in clinical practice teaching to the interns of gastroenterology department,and analyze its application effect.Methods From July 2020 to March 2022,108 interns in the Department of Gastroenterology,Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects,and from July 2020 to May 2021,54 medical interns in the Department of Gastroenterology were selected as the control group;from June 2021 to March 2022,54 interns in digestive medicine were selected as the observation group,and diversified teaching methods were adopted.The theoretical scores,operation scores,case analysis,comprehensive scores and interns'satisfaction with teachers were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores,operation scores,case analysis and comprehensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of interns in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The diversified teaching method is applied to the clinical practice teaching of interns in digestive medicine.This teaching method improves the enthusiasm and self-confidence of interns,exercises the clinical thinking ability of interns,deepens the professional concept into the hearts of interns,and improves the multi-faceted ability of interns.
