摘  要:目的分析基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在骨髓细胞形态学实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2023年5月石河子大学第一附属医院40名实习生,通过计算机1∶1随机数列方式将其均分成两组。20名实习生开展基于语言的学习教学法(language-based learning,LBL),为参照组,剩余20名实习生开展PBL教学法,为研究组。比较不同教学模式的效果。结果研究组粒系系统,红系系统和淋巴、单核及其他细胞分值显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组理论知识、操作技能、综合阅片和检验报告书写技能分值显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自学能力、学习兴趣和综合分析问题能力显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨髓细胞形态学实习带教中开展PBL教学法可将教学效果显著提高,同时获得更高的认可,激发学生的兴趣,让其各项能力均得到明显提升,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in bone marrow cell morphology teaching.Methods The forty interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from September 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by means of 1∶1 random computer sequence.Twenty of them were selected to carry out language-based learning(LBL),as the reference group,and the remaining twenty interns were selected to carry out the PBL teaching method,as the study group.The effect of different teaching modes was compared.Results The scores of granulosum system,erythroid system and lymphoid,monocyte and other cells in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,comprehensive film reading and test report writing skills of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of self-study ability,learning interest and comprehensive analysis ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method in the practice teaching of bone marrow cell morphology can significantly improve the teaching effect,obtain higher recognition,stimulate the interest of students,and significantly improve their abilities.The clinical application value is high.
