大数据背景下高校物流专业的教改思路探析

摘　　要：大数据时代的到来,物流行业也将会朝着智能化的方向发展,传统的物流业已不能满足时代发展的需求,尤其在网络基础设施建设、技术力量、数据信息化程度等方面。因此,对高校培养复合型物流业人才提出了新的挑战,培养模式过时、课程体系不完善、师资力量薄弱、教学意识落后等都是高校需要进行完善和创新的部分。文章从课程改革、师资队伍建设、教育模式等方面出发,研究分析探索有关物流专业教育的改革与创新,为搞笑培养新型物流业人才提供新思路。With the advent of the era of big data,the logistics industry will also develop in the direction of intelligence,and the traditional logistics industry can no longer meet the needs of the development of the times,especially in network infrastructure construction,technical strength,data informatization and other aspects.Therefore,it poses new challenges for colleges and universities to cultivate talents in the complex logistics industry,and the outdated training model,imperfect curriculum system,weak faculty,and backward teaching awareness are all parts that universities need to improve and innovate.Starting from curriculum reform,teacher team construction,and education model,this paper researches,analyzes and explores the reform and innovation of logistics professional education,and provides new ideas for funny cultivation of new logistics industry talents.
