摘 要:本研究以扎根理论为指导,聚焦高职学前教育专业学生学习幸福感,对26名高职学生开展质性访谈,运用NVivo11质性分析软件对访谈资料进行三级编码,构建出本研究的实质理论:高职学前教育专业学生的学习幸福感是由个体、家庭、学校、社会共同影响的。继而得出研究启示,即个体夯基,提升学习品质;家庭垒台,加固情感支持;学校立柱,优化人才培养;社会架梁,稳定行业现状;从而筑稳学生学习的“幸福之屋”。Based on the grounded theory,this study focuses on the learning well-being of students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges.Qualitative interviews with 26 higher vocational students were conducted and NVivo11 qualitative analysis software was used to code the interview data at three levels,thereby constructing the substantive theory of this study—the learning well-being of students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges is influenced by the individual,family,school and society together.Then some suggestions were obtained,that is,taking individuals as the foundation,individuals should improve the quality of learning;taking families as the platform,families should strengthen the emotional support;taking schools as the pillar,schools should optimize the training of talents;and taking society as the crossbeam,society should stabilize the status quo of the industry,so as to stabilize the"house of happiness"of students'learning.
