摘　　要：在深化体教融合的重要历史时期,探讨高水平运动员招生考试制度,对我国竞技体育后备人才培养具有重要意义。我国高校高水平运动员招生考试制度经历了起步探索、调整优化、改革提升和深化改革4个阶段,其演进逻辑为招考目标从提高运动员文化素质向培养高水平运动员转变,招考标准从运动技能考核为主向文体并重转变,招考方式从统考向统一考试与自主考试相结合转变,招考院校从少数院校向多类型、多地域院校转变,招考项目从少数运动项目向众多运动项目转变。面向未来,高校高水平运动员招生考试制度改革应服务国家战略导向、提高运动员综合素质与能力素养、强化招生考试过程的组织和监管、建立完善的质量评估和保障体系。In the important historical period of deepening the integration of sports and education,exploring the enrollment and examination system for high-level athletes is significant to cultivating reserve talents in China's competitive sports.The enrollment and examination system for high-level athletes at universities in China has gone through four stages:initial exploration,adjustment and optimization,reform and upgrading,and deepening reform.The logic of its evolution includes five aspects.First,the recruitment goal has evolved from improving the cultural quality of athletes to cultivating high-level athletes.Second,the recruitment standard has evolved from focusing on sports skills assessment to emphasizing both sports and cultures.Third,the recruitment method has evolved from unified examinations to combining unified examinations with independent enrollment.Fourth,the recruitment institutions have evolved from a few universities to multiple types and regions.Last,the recruitment programs have evolved from a few sports events to various sports events.Facing the future,the reform of the enrollment and examination system for high-level athletes in universities should serve the national strategic orientation,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of athletes,strengthen the organization and supervision of the enrollment and examination process,and establish a sound quality evaluation and guarantee system.
