摘 要:粤港澳大湾区高等职业教育已初具规模,管理机构明确,专业覆盖面逐渐拓宽,优势专业突出;但存在合作欠缺、各有所短、未形成合力等劣势。随着国家对职业教育日益重视以及粤港澳大湾区、横琴粤澳合作区、前海深港现代服务业合作区建设的推进,粤港澳大湾区高职教育发展也迎来了前所未有的机遇;同时也面临着新冠肺炎疫情、多元文化、大湾区城市各自不同的发展特征等带来的威胁。文章对存在的问题进行了分析,并针对粤港澳大湾区高等职业教育协同发展提出了应对策略。Higher vocational education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has begun to take shape,with clear management institutions,increasing coverage of specialties and prominent competitive specialties.However,there are disadvantages such as lack of cooperation,lack of each other and lack of resultant force.With the increasing emphasis on vocational education and the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Cooperation Zone and Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone,the development of higher vocational education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has ushered in unprecedented opportunities.However,it also faces threats from the COVID-19,multiculturalism and different development characteristics of cities in the Greater Bay Area.This paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures for the coordinated development of higher vocational education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
