摘 要:本研究基于2013—2020年省域面板数据,选取耦合协调度模型和空间自相关的方法,从时间和空间两个层面分别探讨中等职业教育与区域经济协调发展情况及其空间分布特征,并采用空间杜宾模型进一步发现影响耦合协调发展的因素。结果表明:样本期间内我国各省两系统的耦合协调水平都有一定提升,但只有少部分发展能达到良好协调程度;地区差异明显,整体呈现出“东—中—西”部地区耦合协调度依次降低的态势;空间格局上存在明显的正向聚集效应,耦合协调度相似的省(区、市)更容易聚集在一起。从空间效应分解来看,中等职业教育规模和经济发展水平能提升本省(区、市)及相邻省(区、市)两系统间的协调发展,产业结构、创新水平,以及政府能力可以促进本省的协调发展,但对邻近省(区、市)的作用不明显,基础设施则与其相反。而无论是本省(区、市)或邻省(区、市),师资水平和家庭教育都对两系统间协调发展的作用不显著。Based on the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020,this study selected the coupling coordination degree model and spatial autocorrelation method to explore the coordinated development of secondary vocational education and regional economy and their spatial distribution characteristics from the time and space levels respectively,and used the spatial Dubin model to further discover the factors affecting the coupling and coordinated development.The results show that:during the sample period,the level of coupling coordination between Chinese provinces has been improved to some extent,but only a few parts of development can achieve good coordination.There are obvious regional differences,and the overall coupling coordination degree of“East-Central-West”region decreases successively.There is obvious positive aggregation effect in spatial pattern,and provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)with similar coupling coordination are more likely to cluster together.From the perspective of spatial effect decomposition,the scale of secondary vocational education and the level of economic development can improve the coordinated development between the two systems of the province(autonomous region and municipality)and its neighboring provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities).The industrial structure,innovation level and government capacity can promote the coordinated development of the province,but the effect on the neighboring provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)is not obvious.The infrastructure is the opposite.However,teachers’level and family education have no significant effect on the coordinated development between the two systems in either the province(autonomous region and municipality)or the neighboring provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities).
