摘 要:通过对校长对集团化办学政策形塑的访谈资料进行深入分析,发现校长话语类型中的解构性话语有经济话语、管理话语、环境话语和身份话语;建构性话语有教育话语、制度话语、专业话语、情感话语和濡化话语。其中解构性话语的话语秩序为:置于顶端的经济话语和环境话语相互影响形成合力,管理话语和身份话语在这种合力裹挟下出现,并通过相互交织互动解构了政策的正当性。建构性话语的话语秩序为:形成了以制度话语为主和以教育话语为主的两个分支,其中制度话语融合了濡化话语、情感话语和专业话语,并形成合力;教育话语与专业话语形成合力,建构了政策的正当性。通过将两种话语整合发现,校长的话语对集团化办学政策进行解构与建构的主要互动方式表现为:环境话语的解构与制度话语的建构、身份话语的解构与情感话语和濡化话语的建构、管理话语的解构与专业话语的建构、经济话语的解构与教育话语的建构。Through an in-depth analysis of interview data of the principals of the group school,the study finds that the deconstructive discourse includes:economic discourse,management discourse,identity discourse and environmental discourse,while constructive discourse mainly includes educational discourse,institutional discourse,professional discourse,emotional discourse and acculturation discourse.The discourse order of deconstructive discourse presents that economic discourse and environmental discourse at the top influence each other and form a resultant force,management discourse and identity discourse emerged under the influence of this joint force and deconstructed the legitimacy of policy through mutual interweaving and interaction.The discourse order of constructive discourse has formed two branches,namely,institutional discourse and educational discourse;among them,the institutional discourse combines the acculturation discourse,emotional discourse and professional discourse to form a joint force,and the education discourse and professional discourse form a joint force to construct the legitimacy of the policy.Through the integration of the two discourses,it is clear how the various discourse types of the principal deconstruct and construct the group school running policy through the interaction:the deconstruction of environmental discourse and the construction of institutional discourse;the deconstruction of identity discourse and the construction of emotional discourse and acculturation discourse,the deconstruction of management discourse and the construction of professional discourse;the deconstruction of economic discourse and the construction of educational discourse.
