摘　　要：研究窖泥功能菌液中的有机酸的含量、组成比例,对于窖泥功能菌液的接种培养很重要。利用气相色谱法检测窖泥功能菌液中的有机酸,将样品经甲酸酸化、50%vol乙醇溶液定容0.22μm,尼龙滤膜过滤后直接上机检测,此方法样品前处理简单,结果准确度和精密度高,适用于监控窖泥功能菌液的接种培养。The content and proportion of organic acids in pit mud functional bacterial liquid is very important for inoculation and culture of pit mud functional bacterial liquid.The detection method of organic acids in pit mud functional bacterial liquid is a gas chromatography.The sample was extracted by 50%vol ethanol,and then extract liquid was filtered with 0.22μm nylon microfiltration membrane and directly iniected into the GC.Pretreatment of determination is simple and convenient,and precision and accuracy is satisfied,which is suitable to monitoring of inoculation and culture of pit mud functional bacterial liquid.
