摘 要:混合所有制办学是我国职业教育高水平发展的有力措施,其从宏观意义上的部署设计到基础层面的落实实施,从单一形式到多主体办学的结构意识转变自始至终都秉持着高等职业教育该有的特点与规律。从高职院校混合所有制办学改革的背景出发,分析并摸索其办学实践中办学许可、概念特征、治理体系、财政扶持等关键突出问题,为推进高职院校混合所有制办学改革工作提供实践证明,旨在有效破解高职院校混合所有制办学的现实困境,助力我国职业院校的人才队伍培养工作。Running schools under mixed ownership is a new measure and powerful evidence for the high-level development of vocational education in China.Its structural consciousness transformation from the macro sense of deployment design to the implementation of the basic level,from the single form to the multi-agent school,has always adhered to the characteristics and laws of higher vocational education.Starting from the background of the reform of running schools under mixed ownership in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and explores the key outstanding issues in its practice of running schools,such as school license,conceptual characteristics,governance system,and financial support,to provide practical evidence for the promotion of the reform of running schools under mixed ownership in higher vocational colleges,with the purpose of effectively solving the practical difficulties of running schools under mixed ownership in higher vocational colleges,and helping the training of talent teams in China's vocational colleges.
