摘 要:分析军事职业教育在线课程学习成绩现状,探讨与满意度之间的关系。以海军官兵为例,问卷调查10000名官兵。有效回收8124份问卷。海军官兵在线课程学习成绩总体良好、满意度较高,在线课程建设初显成效;在线课程学习成绩受到年龄段、军龄段、单位类型、身份、单位性质、兵种类别等因素影响,但不受性别、岗位类别因素影响;在线课程成绩与满意度基本正相关,成绩等第越高者,满意度越高。Through analyzing the current situation of learning achievement of online courses in military continuing education,this paper explores its relationship with satisfaction.Taking naval officers and soldiers as an example,10000 officers and soldiers were surveyed by questionnaire,and 8124 effective questionnaires were collected.Naval officers and soldiers’online course learning results are generally good,and their satisfaction is high,which shows that the online course construction is beginning to show results;Online course learning performance is affected by age,military age,unit type,identity,unit nature and arms of the services,but not by gender and post category;online course scores are basically positively correlated with satisfaction.The higher the score of the satisfaction is,the higher the satisfaction the officers and soldiers have.
