摘 要:目的/意义 运用社会网络理论研究药物治疗管理服务(medication therapy management services, MTMs)培训团队知识共享指标,为优化教学培训模式提供参考。方法/过程 以MTMs第五期培训团队为试验组,以第四期培训团队为对照组,运用社会网络分析方法,了解培训团队中知识共享的特点,并改进教学模式。结果/结论 MTMs第五期培训团队的网络规模、网络密度、连线总数、节点平均连线数、任意两节点间平均关联度以及整体网络互惠性均有增加,成员间交流更多,成员间知识共享较第四期有显著改进。通过社会网络分析,发现培训团队知识共享中存在的问题,采取有针对性的改进措施,可促进隐性知识的传播,提升培训效果。Purpose/Significance To study the knowledge sharing indicators of medication therapy management services(MTMs)training teams using social network theory,and to provide references for optimizing the teaching and training mode.Method/Process With the fifth training team of MTMs as the experimental group and the fourth training team as the control group,the characteristics of knowledge sharing in the training teams are understood by using social network analysis(SNA)method,and the training models are improved.Result/Conclusion The network size,network density,total number of connections,average number of node connections,average correlation between any two nodes,and overall network reciprocity have increased in the fifth training team of MTMs.There is more communication among members,and knowledge sharing among members has improved significantly compared with the fourth period.Through SNA,problems in knowledge sharing of training teams can be identified,and targeted improvement measures can be taken to promote the dissemination of tacit knowledge and enhance the training effect.
