摘  要:加强工程创新人才培养是支撑我国制造业转型升级的一项重要措施,学科竞赛是培养大学生实践能力和创新能力的有效载体。为提高工程创新人才培养质量和保障学科竞赛持续顺利进行,文中基于中国智能制造挑战赛对工程创新人才培养进行探索,阐述了大赛的理念与宗旨,完善了实践教学体系,探讨了工程创新人才培养的有效措施。实践证明,通过参加智能制造挑战赛,确实提高了学生的实践能力和创新能力,为其以后就业打下良好基础。Strengthening the training of innovative engineering talents is an important measure to support transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry of China.Discipline competition is an effective carrier to train the practical ability and innovative ability of college students.In order to improve the quality of training of innovative engineering talents and ensure the continuous and smooth progress of discipline competition,this paper explores the training of innovative engineering talents based on China Intelligent Manufacturing Challenge.The idea and purpose of the competition is expounded;the practice teaching system is perfected;the effective measures about training of innovative engineering talents are discussed.Practice proves that by participating in the intelligent manufacturing challenge,students'practical ability and innovation ability are improved,which lays a good foundation for their future employment.
