摘　　要：在现代工业逐渐进步且信息技术成熟发展的背景下,企业为在竞争激烈的市场环境中提高自身竞争力,不仅要优化规模结构,还要创新管理技术手段。企业需要推动信息化管理建设,在量化工作内容的基础上,利用信息化手段采集、分析生产运营数据,从而为企业管理和决策提供信息支持。本文先分析IC设计项目管理现状与信息化优势,进而对信息化和大数据管理、决策予以重点探究。Under the background of the gradual progress of modern industry and the advanced development of information technology,in order to improve the competitiveness in the fiercely competitive market environment,enterprises should not only optimize the scale structure,but also innovate management technology means.Enterprises need to promote the construction of informatization management,and on the basis of quantitative work content,use informatization means to collect and analyze production and operation data,so as to provide information support for enterprise management and decision-making.This paper first analyzes the current situation and informatization advantages of IC design project management,and then investigates on the management and decision-making of informatization and big data.
