摘  要:针对凡口铅锌矿-650运输水平电机车无人驾驶系统进行设计。通过电机车本体改造、全自动无人驾驶系统、视频监控系统、信集闭系统、障碍物检测系统、自动装卸矿系统、人车联动安全保障系统等系统建设,形成基于5G技术的凡口铅锌矿-650运输水平井下电机车无人驾驶系统。该系统依托5G网络技术,通过计算机自动控制和远程遥控控制相结合,完成电机车的无人驾驶和自动控制,实现了地表远程监控,下达生产任务后,便可按任务计划自动循环装卸矿,直至任务完成。改善驾驶人员工作环境、减少作业人员、降低生产人员劳动强度、提高生产力与安全水平。The unmanned driving system of-650 horizontal electric locomotive for Fankou lead-zinc mine is designed.Through the reconstruction of the electric locomotive body,the fully automatic driverless system,the video monitoring system,the signal gathering and closing system,the obstacle detection system,the automatic loading and unloading system,the safety guarantee system of the man car linkage and other systems,a 5G technology based underground electric locomotive unmanned driving system for Fankou lead-zinc mine-650 transportation level is formed.The system relies on 5G network technology,through the combination of computer automatic control and remote control,to complete the unmanned driving and automatic control of the electric locomotive,and realize the remote monitoring of the surface.After the production task is issued,the mine can be automatically loaded and unloaded according to the task plan until the task is completed.Improve the working environment of drivers,reduce operating personnel,reduce labor intensity of production personnel,increase productivity,improve safety level,and enhance the continuous production capacity of the system.
