摘　　要：梳理技工院校学生就业现状,对新时代技工教育高质量发展具有重要意义。结合近三年技工院校有关数据和部分地区就业质量报告,从政府、用人单位、技工院校和学生等层面进行多方位分析,发现当前技工院校毕业生供需两旺,呈现出就业人数增加,农村户籍就业者多,本地就业多,综合就业率和对口就业率、薪酬稳步提升等特征。同时也发现,技工院校毕业生就业存在着就业稳定性、工作条件、职业发展前景等方面有待提升等问题。为做到技工院校毕业生高质量就业,应采取以下举措:一是提高技术工人待遇,提升职业荣誉感;二是深化产教融合,加强校企合作,促进供需匹配;三是增强师资队伍建设,提升实习实训条件;四是深化课程教学改革,倡导以赛促学,关注市场需求;五是注重就业指导,提高创业能力;六是完善保障体系,助力就业创业工作。Sorting out the current employment situation of students in technician colleges is of great significance to the high-quality development of technical education in the new era.Combining the relevant data of technician colleges in the past three years and the reports on employment quality in some regions,this paper conducts multi-directional analyses at the levels of the government,employers,technician colleges and students.It is found that the current supply and demand of graduates of technician colleges is booming,and that the number of people in employment is increasing,with more employed persons of rural household registration and local employment,and the comprehensive and counterpart employment rates and salaries are steadily increasing.At the same time,it is found that the employment of graduates of technician colleges is plagued with problems such as employment stability,working conditions and career development prospects.In order to achieve high-quality employment for graduates of technician colleges,the following initiatives should be taken.Improve the treatment of techniciansand enhance the sense of professional honor.Deepen the integration of industry and education,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,and promote the matching of supply and demand.Enhance the capacity building of teaching staff and improve the conditions of internship training.Deepen the reform of curriculum and teaching,advocate the promotion of learning by competition,and pay attention to the demand of the market.Pay attention to the employment guidance and enhance the entrepreneurial ability.Improve the guarantee system to help employment and entrepreneurship work.
