摘  要:木质纤维素含量丰富的啤酒糟可通过产生可发酵糖及挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)实现生物质能源回收。分别采用稀酸、热碱、超声-酸以及超声-碱等方法预处理,在分析啤酒糟预处理前后组分与结构变化以及预处理液的化学组分基础上,进行了预处理联合酶解产糖及厌氧发酵产酸特性的研究。扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱等结果表明,不同预处理方法对啤酒糟表面微观形貌、结晶度及官能团的变化具有不同程度影响。稀酸与超声-酸预处理能降解去除98.35%和84.24%的半纤维素,其预处理联合酶解产糖率为433.16和332.90 mg/g。热碱与超声-碱预处理可脱除79.97%与58.42%的木质素,酶解产糖率分别为262.69与224.26 mg/g。稀酸处理与热碱处理对固体回收率较低但对有机物增溶能力较强,实验条件下VFAs产生量分别为13268.84与11836.22 mg COD/L。稀酸预处理酶解产糖与厌氧产酸是啤酒糟生物质资源回收的优良途径。Brewer’s spent grains(BSG),which is rich in lignocellulose,can be a potential source of fermentable sugars and volatile fatty acids(VFAs)for biomass energy recovery.Various pretreatment methods,such as dilute acid,hot alkali,ultrasound-acid,and ultrasound-alkali,were applied to analyze the changes in composition,structure,and chemical composition of the pretreatment liquid before and after pretreatment.Enzymatic hydrolysis and anaerobic fermentation were conducted on the pretreated BSG to investigate their sugar and acid production characteristics.Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and infrared spectroscopy results showed that different pretreatments had varying degrees of influence on the surface morphology,crystallinity,and functional groups of BSG.Dilute acid and ultrasound-acid pretreatment could remove 98.35%and 84.24%of hemicellulose,respectively,and their pretreatment combined enzymatic hydrolysis produced 433.16 and 332.90 mg/g of sugar.Hot alkali and ultrasound-alkali pretreatment could remove 79.97%and 58.42%of lignin,respectively,and their enzymatic hydrolysis produced sugar at a rate of 262.69 and 224.26 mg/g.Dilute acid and hot alkali pretreatment had stronger organic matter solubilization abilities with lower solid recovery rates,and produced VFAs of 13268.84 and 11836.22 mg COD/L,respectively.Dilute acid pretreatment combined with enzymatic hydrolysis and anaerobic fermentation was found to be an excellent method for the biomass resource recovery of BSG.
