摘　　要：本文以全国职教大会提出的“构建技能型社会的理念和战略”为指导思想,对计算机行业的典型企业和往、应届毕业生进行了人才需求调研,分析了计算机专业的人才需求现状,总结了高职计算机专业应届毕业生综合素质与企业所需人才之间的差距,并对现有的计算机专业人才培养模式进行了深入的反思,进而提出了改进和完善人才培养方案的有效建议。In this paper,with“the idea and strategy of building a skill-based society”proposed by the National Vocational Education Conference as the guiding ideology,the talent demand research is carried out for typical enterprises in the computer industry and past and fresh graduates,the present situation of talent demand of computer major is analyzed.The gap between the comprehensive quality of higher vocational computer graduates and the talents needed by enterprises is summarized.And the article reflects deeply on present computer professional talent training mode is deeply reflected,and then puts forward effective suggestions to improve and perfect the talent training program.
