摘 要:地方本科院校教学质量保障体系必须在全面构建任课教师-教学系(专业)-二级学院-学校“四位一体”质量主体意识,搭建条件建设-质量运行-质量管理-质量督察“四环联动”教学质量保障机制,再通过各质量主体应做什么、做了什么、做成了什么、还想做什么的“四维推进”,涵养教学质量持续提升文化氛围,落实“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”理念,培育学校质量文化。The teaching quality assurance system of local undergraduate colleges and universities must comprehensively build the"four in one"quality subject consciousness involving teachers,teaching departments(majors),school,and university,establish a"four circles linkage"teaching quality assurance mechanism consisting of condition construction,quality operation,quality management,and quality supervision,and then promote the"four dimensional promotion"module of what each quality subject should do,what they have done,what they have achieved,and what they still want to do,so as to maintain the quality of teaching and continuously improve the cultural atmosphere,implement the concept of"student-centered,output oriented,and continuous improvement",and cultivate the school’s quality culture.
