旅游管理与服务教育专业人才培养目标与课程体系构建研究

摘  要:旅游产业的转型升级使得游客对高品质旅游拥有更大诉求,也对高校培养什么素养的旅游人才提出巨大挑战。以六盘水师范学院旅游管理与服务教育专业为案例,在介绍专业建设基本概况和成效基础上,构建基于能力导向的模块化人才培养目标与课程体系。以能力为导向,将专业人才培养目标划分为素质要求、知识要求、专业能力要求和创新创业要求等四个方面;根据培养目标,把专业毕业要求分解为8个二级指标19个三级指标;以人才培养目标与毕业要求为指导,构建通识教育模块、专业基础模块、专业技术模块、专业服务模块和专业拓展模块的课程体系,并阐述专业培养目标、毕业要求与课程体系相互之间的支撑与对应关系。The transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry makes tourists have greater demands for high-quality tourism,which also poses great challenges to the cultivation of tourism talents in universities.Taking the Tourism Management and Service Education major of Liupanshui Normal University as a case study,based on the introduction of the basic situation and achievements of the major construction,a competency-based modular talent training objectives and curriculum system is constructed.According to the ability as the orientation,the training objectives of professional talents are divided into four aspects:quality requirement,knowledge requirement,professional ability requirement and innovation and entrepreneurship requirement.According to the training objectives,the graduation requirements are divided into 8 secondary indexes and 19 tertiary indexes.Guided by talent training objectives and graduation requirements,the curriculum system of general education module,professional foundation module,professional technology module,professional service module and professional expansion module is constructed,and the supporting and corresponding relationship between professional training objectives,graduation requirements and curriculum system is expounded.
