摘　　要：推进高职院校治理体系和治理能力现代化是当前高职院校高质量发展的必然要求,是新时代赋予高职院校的历史使命,也是推进“双高计划”建设的重要内容。在阐释高职院校治理现代化基本内涵的基础上,对高职院校治理现代化的关键要素进行分析,揭示高职院校治理现代化在推进现代大学制度建设、提升学校治理能力、促进学校内涵式发展以及推进依法治校工作开展等方面的现实价值,从坚持党的全面领导、创新治理理念、完善治理制度以及优化治理工具等方面探索新时代下推进高职院校治理现代化的实践路径,以期不断提升高职院校治理体系和治理能力现代化水平。Promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity of higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges in the new era.It is also a historical mission entrusted to higher vocational colleges by the times and an important content of the promotion of the“Double High-Level Plan”.Based on the explanation of the basic connotation of governance modernization in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the key elements of governance modernization in higher vocational colleges,reveals the realistic values of governance modernization in promoting the construction of modern higher education systems,improving governance capacity,promoting connotative development,and promoting the implementation of legal governance work in vocational colleges.In addition,the paper explores practical ways for the modernization of governance in higher vocational colleges in the new era in terms of adhering to the Party s comprehensive leadership over colleges,innovating governance concepts,improving governance systems and optimizing governance tools,so as to continuously advance the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity of higher vocational colleges.
