摘　　要：文化反恐是国内和国际反恐面临的新课题之一。基于文化反恐是场政治保卫战的思考和立场,提出我国公安机关要开展在职民警文化反恐培训,培训的目标是:要在政治上与党中央保持高度一致,在内容上与长治久安保持方向一致,在行动上与暴力反恐保持一致;培训的课题是:要与国际斗争和国家安全的实际需要以及日常的反恐和警事警务相结合;培训的实践是:要抓住坚持政治立训和立足岗位能力素质提高两个关键等观点和看法。Cultural counterterrorism is one of the new topics that domestic and international counterterrorism are facing.Based on the thinking and position that cultural counterterrorism is a political defense war,it is proposed that Chinese public security organs should carry out cultural counterterrorism training for on-duty police officers.The training objectives include to maintain a high degree of unity with the Party Central Committee in terms of politics,to maintain a consistent direction with long-term peace and stability in terms of content,and to maintain consistency with violent counterterrorism in terms of action.The training subject should consider the actual needs of the international struggles and national security and the regular counterterrorism and policing affairs.The training practice should focus on political training and improvement of post ability which are two key points.
