摘  要:根据中央推进课程思政建设精神,结合项目管理课程知识体系,设计了家国情怀、社会公德、职业素养、人生态度及科学精神5类思政元素,通过形式丰富的素材载体融入项目管理课程相应内容的方式。面向课程思政教学的组织实施,从教学组织、方法、素材及考核等方面阐释了思政元素与教学内容的系统整合。并以火神山医院建设为例,挖掘了建设过程蕴含的思政价值,展现了项目管理课程思政教学实践的过程。研究对于推进项目管理课程思政建设及丰富相关理论研究具有一定的现实意义。According to the spirit of the Central Government to promote the ideological and political construction of curriculums,combined with the knowledge system of the Project Management course,five kinds of ideological and political elements as“national cohesion feelings,social morality,professional quality,life attitude and scientific spirit”are designed and integrated into the related contents of the Project Management through rich teaching material carriers.To advance the organizing and implementing,the systematic integration of ideological and political elements and teaching content is explained from the aspects of teaching organization,methods,materials and curriculum assessment.Taking the construction of Huoshenshan Hospital as example,the ideological and political value contained in its construction process is explored and the practice of ideological and political teaching for Project Management course is demonstrated.The research of this paper has certain practical significance for promoting the ideological and political construction for Project Management and enriching relevant theoretical research.
