摘　　要：麻醉科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是临床麻醉专家培养的关键时期。为提升住培教育教学质量,以新乡市中心医院麻醉科为例,基于“互联网+”构建信息化麻醉科住院医师规范化培训体系,在一定程度上突破时间和空间的限制,有效加强住培过程中的教学管理和督导力度,提升麻醉科住培医师的临床能力和科研素养,提高执业医师资格考试首考通过率和住培结业综合考试通过率,提升麻醉科住培满意度和整体教学效果。住院医师规范化培训可以助力复合型麻醉领域专业人才培养,改善我国麻醉医师紧缺的现状。Standardized training for resident anesthesiologists(referred to as residency training)is a crucial period for the cultivation of clinical anesthesiologists.In order to improve the teaching quality of residential training education,this paper takes the Anesthesiology Department of Xinxiang Central Hospital as an example to build a standardized training system for residents of the information-based anesthesiology department based on“Internet plus”,break through the time and space constraints to a certain extent,effectively strengthen the teaching management and supervision in the process of residential training,and improve the clinical ability and scientific research quality of residents of the anesthesiology department,Improve the pass rate of thefirst exam for the qualification examination of licensed physicians and the pass rate of the comprehensive examination for residential training completion,and enhance the satisfaction of residential training in anesthesia and the overall teaching effect.Standardized training for resident physicians can help cultivate professional talents in thefield of composite anesthesia and improve the current shortage of anesthesiologists in China.
