摘 要:目的构建护士危重症患者院内转运核心能力评价指标体系,为评价和培养临床护士的院内转运能力提供参考。方法通过文献分析、半结构式访谈以及研究小组会议初步确定护士危重症患者院内转运核心能力评价指标体系。于2022年12月—2023年1月采用德尔菲法向18名专家进行问卷函询,并采用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果共进行2轮专家函询,问卷有效回收率均为100.00%,专家权威系数均为0.887,第2轮各级指标的肯德尔和谐系数为0.056~0.281。最终构建护士危重症患者院内转运核心能力评价指标包括一级指标3项、二级指标14项、三级指标57项。结论本研究构建的护士危重症患者院内转运核心能力评价指标体系具有科学性和可靠性,可为评价和培养临床护士的院内转运能力提供参考。Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the core competence of nurses in intra-hospital transportation of critically ill patients,providing reference for evaluating and cultivating the intra-hospital transportation ability of clinical nurses.Methods A preliminary evaluation index system for the core competence of nurses in intra-hospital transportation of critically ill patients was established through literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,and research group meetings.From December 2022 to January 2023,the questionnaire consultation was conducted with 18 experts using the Delphi method.Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels.Results A total of two rounds of expert consultation were conducted,and the effective response rate of the questionnaire was 100.00%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.887,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of indicators at all levels in the second round was 0.056 to 0.281.The final evaluation index system for the core competence of nurses in intra-hospital transportation of critically ill patients included three first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 57 third-level indicators.Conclusions The evaluation index system for the core competence of nurses in intra-hospital transportation of critically ill patients constructed is scientific and reliable,and can provide reference for evaluating and cultivating the intra-hospital transportation ability of clinical nurses.
