摘  要:传统的液态二氧化碳充装方式是采用人工操作开关阀门控制液态二氧化碳充装量,传统充装方式容易出现充装量不准确、充装工人危险性高、体力劳动强度大的问题。为解决这些生产难题,自主研发设计了液态二氧化碳无人充装系统。生产现场无需人员参与,智能化充装控制,利用机器人上下气瓶、气瓶散装格搬运智能小车进行划区域摆放散装格,具有充装量一致、安全、节省劳动力、提高充装效率、提升员工工作形象的特点。The traditional filling method of liquid carbon dioxide is to control the filling amount of liquid carbon dioxide by manually operating the on-off valve.The traditional filling method is prone to problems such as inaccurate filling amount,high risk of filling workers and high physical labor intensity.In order to solve these production problems,independently developed and designed the liquid carbon dioxide unmanned filling system.There is no need for personnel to participate in the production site,and intelligent filling control is carried out.Robots are used to get up and down gas cylinders and carry gas cylinders in bulk,and intelligent carts are used to delimit areas and place bulk grids,which has the characteristics of consistent filling quantity,safety,labor saving,improving filling efficiency and enhancing employees'work image.
