摘  要:针对地铁短枕式整体道床曲线段出现的钢轨伤损、轨底坡超差、钢轨异常波磨、车内噪声超标等问题,从调整轨道几何形位、恢复轮轨正常接触状态角度出发,开展轨底坡调整设计研究,制定线路线型优化精调改造方案。首先,开展曲线段短枕式整体道床轨底坡超差测试,结果表明超差率超过95%。其次,通过建立车辆-轨道动力学模型,分析轨底坡对轮轨接触关系及对钢轨磨耗的影响,根据线路轨底坡超差分布情况,开展轨底坡调整和高密度聚乙烯轨下调坡垫板设计研究。最后,通过“调参数、保稳定”方法增大曲线范围扣件横向刚度,并调正轨底坡,轮轨接触及轨道横向刚度显著改善。轨底坡调整前后,钢轨、道床、隧道壁振动加速度均有所下降,光带趋中改善,钢轨横向位移峰值特征值降低20.51%,隧道壁振级降低4.8 dB,车内噪声在630 Hz主频段降低9.52 dB(A),等效声压级降低6.74 dB(A)。To address the problems of rail damage,out-of-tolerance rail cant,abnormal rail corrugation,and out-of-standard noise in a subway short sleeper monolithic bed curve section,an investigation on the design of cant adjustment for tracks was performed,and an optimization and fine adjustment transformation plan for line alignment was formulated.First,an out-oftolerance test of the rail cant of a short sleeper monolithic bed was performed in a curvilinear section,and the results showed that the out-of-tolerance rate exceeded 95%.Second,by establishing a vehicle–track dynamic model,the influence of the rail cant on the wheel–rail contact relationship and rail corrugation was analyzed,and the adjustment of the rail cant and design of a high-density polyethylene rail downhill pad were analyzed.Finally,the lateral stiffness of the fastener in the curve range was increased by the method of"adjusting parameters and ensuring stability,"the rail cant was adjusted,and the wheel–rail contact and lateral stiffness of the rail were significantly improved.Before and after the adjustment of the rail cant,the vibration accelerations of the rail,ballast bed,and tunnel wall were reduced,and the light band was improved.The peak characteristic value of rail lateral displacement was reduced by 20.51%,the noise in the vehicle was reduced by 4.8 dB,the equivalent sound pressure level was reduced by 9.52 dB(A)in the main frequency band of 630 Hz,and the equivalent sound pressure level was reduced by 6.74 dB(A).
