激光焊接技术在口腔修复患者中的临床疗效及对牙周状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探究激光焊接技术在口腔修复患者中的临床疗效及牙周状态的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月本院收治的85例口腔修复治疗患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗内容分为A组(n=59)、B组(n=19)及C组(n=10)。A组采用全冠边缘加长治疗,B组采用修理支架连接体治疗,C组采用修理卡环治疗,比较3种焊接方式随访1年后临床疗效、治疗前后牙周状态。结果3组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗前,A组、B组、C组菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟探诊出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,3组PLI、SBI、PD均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论利用激光焊接技术对口腔修复治疗中,对全冠边缘加长、修理支架连接体、修理卡环均具有良好治疗效果,并可有效改善患者牙周状态。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and periodontal status of laser welding in patients with oral prosthesis.Methods 85 patients with dental prosthesis treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the group A(n=59),the group B(n=19)and the group C(n=10)according to different treatment contents.The group A was treated with full crown edge lengthening,the group B was treated with repair stent connector,and the group C was treated with repair clamp,the clinical efficacy and periodontal status before and after treatment were compared among the three welding methods after 1 year follow-up.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in plaque index(PLI),gingival sulcus probing bleeding index(SBI)and periodontal probing depth(PD)in group A,group B and group C;after treatment,PLI,SBI and PD among the three groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between groups.Conclusion The laser welding technique has good therapeutic effect on lengthening the total crown edge,repairing the stent connector and repairing the clings,and can effectively improve the periodontal status of patients.
